The 4,618-square-foot home was built in 2005 and consists of four bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms. After one DUI arrest, a several moving violations, two hit-and-runs, plus a mountain of unpaid parking tickets, Bynes, 26, decided to pack up and head for Manhattan to pursue a career as a fashion designer.
